possibly wrong settings in converter.ini

No, i have all config + dll files from my friend.
On friend machine work, on my not.
I have all settings check, i can not find any error.

For me not needet converter works, only stancia_2 need.

This is needed to run.

I have this, same crash.

Tomi, try to different versions of the vcredist and attach a log file from "converter.exe"
