Как получить:
1. Переходим на ;
2. Входим с помощью Steam или регистрируемся;
3. Нажимаем «GET KEY»;
4. Ключ появится сверху в сообщении;
P.S.: Коллекционные карточки Steam отсутствуют.

Из описания ошибки следует:
1. Ключи закончились
2. Лок по региону, используйте vpn.
3. Вы уже получили ключ ранее, посмотрите в библиотеке на сайте
